Fuel cell system specification, integration and control

We offer the capability to design and develop complete fuel cell systems, integrated into any vehicle, vessel or stationary application. We utilise our experience in system simulation to establish and specify the system requirements, then, based on usage profiles, we size and select the balance of plant components, electrical and cooling systems in an integrated manner. Our design and analysis engineers are able to package and detail the design of the components necessary, from one-off prototypes to much higher volumes. We use both 1D and 3D analysis techniques to optimise the fluid flow pathways and structural strength of the components designed.

We specialise in manufacturing and developing the prototype systems, including integration into demonstrator vehicles or small fleets. We also use our in-house expertise to control the entire fuel cell system, using our own software prototyping tools, and can expand this to include control of some or all of the prototype vehicle or application systems. We offer our clients full turn-key solutions or system upgrades to detailed optimisation solutions.
