Fuel cell system specification, integration and control

We offer a detailed knowledge of the complete fuel cell system including the stack installation, air management, humidifier, intake and exhaust, purge system and thermal management system. Regarding the hydrogen fuel itself, we develop the injector / ejector and water separator systems as well as the high-pressure fuel tank installation with all associated pipework, charging and control valves. We also specify and develop the complete electrical system including integration with the battery and vehicle control systems. Our software and calibration experts then optimise the complete system within the vehicle to ensure that all performance and efficiency targets are achieved.
