Health and Safety Policy Statement

MAHLE Powertrain are committed to managing the health, safety and welfare of its employees and non-employees who may be affected by their activities, in line with current legislation and best practice.

MAHLE Powertrain commits to continual improvement through health and safety objectives, targets and management programmes, in conjunction with stakeholders and other interested parties.

MAHLE Powertrain will ensure compliance to all legal requirements and other requirements to which it subscribes through a documented Health & Safety Management System that is implemented, maintained and updated as necessary.

Management will review this statement to ensure that it remains appropriate and suitable to the nature and scale of the activities undertaken by the business.

The responsibility for the health and safety arrangements within the organisation shall be that of the Chief Executive Officer.

It shall be the responsibility of all employees, non-employees including those working on behalf of MAHLE Powertrain to ensure compliance with this policy and procedures set out in the Safety Management System.
