Environmental policy statement

Top management commits fully to ensuring that MAHLE Powertrain Ltd adheres to their Environmental Management System, developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001: 2004

These areas include:

• Reviewing the business significance of environmental aspects and impacts of our activities, products and services.
• Develop and implement procedures that ensure the prevention of pollution.
• Ensure compliance to applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which MAHLE Powertrain subscribes relating to significant environmental impacts
• Monitor and measure environmental performance and set objectives and targets to ensure continual improvement.

The Environmental Policy is documented, maintained and implemented within MAHLE Powertrain and is communicated to all persons working on behalf of the organisation, inclusive of Visitors and Contractors, this information is displayed and made available at each of the three sites for which it is intended.

MAHLE Powertrain Management will periodically review its Policy Statement and environmental management system to ensure targets and objective are achieved and that the system is true to current operations.
