MAHLE Powertrain is committed to managing its impact on both the local and global environments, and to continuously improve its environmental performance.

To achieve this aim, MAHLE Powertrain has implemented an Environmental Management Systems (EMS) in accordance with the International Management Standard ISO14001. The Environmental Management System defines the working procedures and controls necessary to manage the environmental aspects of the company's activities and provides the framework for continual improvement through the setting of targets and objectives.

The effective implementation of this system is only possible through the total involvement and commitment of all MAHLE Powertrain employees, customers, suppliers, contractors and regulatory bodies.

MAHLE Powertrain EMS is certified to ISO 14001 by DQS.
