Tougher legislation, increasing system complexities and tighter budget and resource pressures have driven the requirement for efficient and cost effective engine and vehicle calibration methods and tools that support the whole development cycle from concept through to production.Our Approach
In response to these challenges MAHLE Powertrain has developed CalLogiq; an integrated approach to engine and vehicle calibration. CalLogiq incorporates:
- MAHLE Powertrain's extensive knowledge base which feeds into experience driven calibration approaches and toolsets
- Efficient resource utilisation ensuring data and knowledge are exchanged efficiently between all activities
- Continuous monitoring against clearly defined quality targets (Measures of Success)
- Advanced data management and analysis
- Validation, using ProLogiq™ incorporated at an early stage in a project to ensure all concerns are identified quickly and resolutions validated prior to Start of Production (SOP)

- Full OBD calibration to Euro 5 and Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle 2 (ULEVII) across a range of engines and vehicle platforms
- Fleet validation for OBD and In Use Monitor Performance Ratio (IUMPR) in USA and Europe for several major OEM's using ProLogiq™
