MAHLE Powertrain has a well-equipped, in-house engine build facilities for the assembly of prototype, test and development engines.

Our Approach

Our engine build technicians have a wealth of experience in building a wide range of engines for test and development work, as well as the precision assembly of very high performance engines for race applications. Specialist measurement devices, such as in-cylinder pressure transducers or strain gauges, are often incorporated into the engine to support the development process.
