With the expertise of being in the 'heart of the combustion' with MAHLE products for more than 80 years now, our approach to engineer robust and durable engines and parts is seen both on-track (MAHLE diesel engine parts consecutively won the 24h Le Mans in the last few years) and on/off highway (with almost every second engine running MAHLE parts).
Using advanced design, testing and calibration tools along with stringent development and validation processes (including concern tracking, engineering change control and risk management) enable timely introduction of reliable products, and given the in-house production expertise on top of this, robustness and reliability, as well as quality for us do not stop with the Start of Production (SOP), but are a true product life cycle task.
